Time they is a construct.

As significant as ending the year is ,as wonderful as resolutions are,correct me if I'm wrong but we don't actually know the exact moment or time that the change in a particular habit , or the change we ever so desire happens.

Sometimes we may not even notice...we just see that we are no longer x type of person.

Resolutions are great but faint not with the intentionality of your resolve...

Resolutions without intentionality is like fireworks with no fuse...

like a candle without the wick...

So in 2025 what's it going to be...

While they say time is a human construct? Why not construct yours intentionally .
